Shantika was born with a silver spoon in her mouth, but when tragedy strikes, her life is flipped upside down. She goes from being a rich girl to a girl living in one of Atlanta's projects with a long lost uncle and cousin. As if her life isn't already bad enough, a series of events land her in an unexpected place. Bones, a well-known drug dealer in Atlanta, wanted by just about every woman in the state of Georgia, meets Shantika and ends up helping her when she least expects it. Eventually, they lose contact, but when they find each other again, Bones comes across a different Shantika. Once again he helps her out in more ways than one. He's a ruthless but honest thug. Even though Bones has a girl the whole time, does he fall for Shantika or continue to be this faithful thug. Does Shantika overcome life's obstacles or will she become another statistic?
