The recipe is the same. We advocate for a new fundamental perspective on performance leadership. Performance leadership has been cold and cynical for too long: Some leaders have exploited human potential. Solely focusing on making money and improving their own position. Other leaders - especially in the world of sports - have been extremely harsh and brutal because they believed it was the path to development and results. We believe that the future of performance leadership is entirely different: warm and wise. Therefore, in the book, we challenge the outdated notion that well-being and results are opposites.
