River Old, River New

Old Mac had spent his whole life on the New River, and he thought he'd had more fun on this old river than just about anybody. It is not until his granddaughter Maxine arrives unexpectedly that he begins to appreciate the river in a different way. Can Maxine convince Old Mac that she has what it takes to have fun on the river too? Will Old Mac allow her to have the adventure she longs for?
