Paradise Pond

When acclaimed photographer David Thoreau returns to Northampton, Massachusetts to visit his parents and autograph books, he is in a time of transition in his life. That transition is accelerated when out of the corner of his eye, he spots Lauren Stacey. When he sees her again, he rushes out to meet her, not knowing why, but that she is "compelling."
