Selection into the British Airborne Forces has been described as amongst the toughest of tests for any military unit anywhere in the world. No matter how fit a person is, no matter how much they have trained and no matter how prepared a person thinks they are, the series of tests known as P-Company, will be, mentally and physically the most difficult thing they've ever done. For some, it would be the beginning of a long lonely journey, before they too, might find a place in a brotherhood that few outsiders could understand.
