Gabe Harrison, Frontiersman

This first of a series finds Gabe's family killed and him taken to a Mescalero Apache camp. There he has to endure their treatment until be becomes one of them. A young white boy, Ben, is captured later and they become best friends. Follow their lives as they have to deal with the white man's way of life after escaping from the Apache.
