The quest of man has always been to survive, to live comfortably as an individual and as an individual-with-others. In that quest, certain conflicts erupts. For Nigerians and foreigners/academics who have an eye in Nigeria, some of the conflicts include '... Islam, Human Rights and Constitutional Democracy in Nigeria; The Need for a Confederal System of Government'; 'The right to vote a consequence of the right not to vote'; 'Osu caste'; et al. The conflict still protrudes itself in the corporate-commercial world, thus, 'The forms and validity of a company's contract', 'a critical appraisal of minutes of a company's proceeding', 'On the removal of a director...'
