This, easy to understand book, is first in a series of computer help paperbacks to assist the everyday user in having a good experience with their computer. The focus in this one is why updates for computers are important, and the possible effects of not doing them. For over 25 years, I have been supporting computer users who do not understand computer lingo. I have learned to make things simple so everyone can have a good computer experience.
