Jessica has grown into a very beautiful, brilliant, self reliant woman. She has achieved every goal she set when she left high school. Jessica has earned her Culinary Arts Degree in management and catering. Four years at The Art Institute of Dallas and then went to Paris France where she spent a year as an intern at one of Paris' best hotel restaurants under a Master Pastry Chef. She has self published six cookbooks all featuring lavender as one of the main ingredients. She owns Jessica's Fudge Works; her candy store. Now she wants to open her own catering service at the family farm she's to inherit and run with her brother. She is ready to find her happiness, and hopes to find love, a life partner to start up a family of their own. Trey Thomas is also returning home to the Double T Ranch next door after seven years in the U. S. Army. He too is ready to start living a life at home and working as a firefighter.
