Neuman was selected as one of "Granta"'s Best of Young Spanish-Language Novelists and was elected to the Bogota-39 list. "Traveler of the Century "was the winner of the Alfaguara Prize and the National Critics Prize, Spain's two most prestigious literary awards. Contributor Bio:  Caistor, Nick JOSE SARAMAGO (1922-2010) was the author of many novels, among them Blindness, All the Names, Baltasar and Blimunda, and The Year of the Death of Ricardo Reis. In 1998 he was awarded the Nobel Prize for Literature.
