Imagine a World Drunk on Love

This book simply shows that through the practice of unconditional love, we can end all pain and suffering. By releasing all negative emotions within our hearts, we can help bring world peace. Only when we choose to share our goods and resources with others, are we able to rid the world of starvation and poverty. We must keep in mind that love has the power to heal. Love will bring balance and harmony to the body, mind, and soul, bringing about a feeling of peace, joy, and happiness. Drunk on love is simply a feeling. It is not a charity or a company. It is a feeling that will overwhelm your mind, body, and spirit when your heart has been completely filled with peace, love, joy, and compassion. It is an intense feeling that cannot be described, but only experienced. Individuals who are drunk on love do not wait until the holidays to be kind and caring. They do not wait until a horrible catastrophe happens in order to help someone in need. They do not donate to charities just to receive a tax deduction. Rather, they believe that the more you give, the more you will receive. Those who are drunk on love perform good deeds every day, conscious of being loving, every moment of their lives. Keep in mind that when one is drunk on love, one might even begin to sing or dance for no apparent reason or have uncontrollable urges to laugh and giggle like a child. There are various ways one can get drunk on love, but the most significant way is to begin performing creative and expressive acts of kindness throughout your community and everywhere you go. All acts of kindness, whether big or small, will help contribute to the good of mankind. Small acts of kindness can be as simple as smiling to strangers, donating blood, opening a door for someone, allowing a car to change lanes, or just being polite and respectful to another human being. Great examples of going above and beyond could be volunteering for a charity or making a donation toward a good cause. Other examples could be picking up someone else's bill at a restaurant or purchasing fast food gift cards and passing them out to the homeless. Your kind-hearted deeds will change the world, and collectively, they will make a huge difference. Ultimately, our greatest achievement will be to have these unselfish deeds circulate around the world and bring about world peace.
