Legitimately illegitimate

'Legitimately illegitimate' is a complex psychological novel about human relationships that has not changed over the ages. Ahana is a young girl that leads a dangerously wayward life because she is haunted by thoughts of her mysterious birth. Her foster parents are beautiful kind people but Ahana experiences terrible void in her life. Sleep deprived and stressed out, she seeks solace in men and drugs. Rhea, another beautiful woman, brought up by her mother is a drug peddler to the outside world but a kind hearted woman inside. She falls in wrong company, attracted by the glitz and glamour of macho men around her. She neglects Suneel, the guy who truly cared for her, she is devastated on finding him married after her return from a wrongful venture in the Canary islands. Lakshi, married to Suneel pretends to be happy to the outside world though Wrishav, her childhood love resides in her heart. Sravana, Ahana mother still cherishes her mysterious messiah who helped her sail in her trying times when her husband was leading a wayward life, suffering his own frustrations . Aditya, Ahana's beau had terrible trust issues because his childhood friend was detected with brain tumor. Ahana broke off her marriage with Aditya because he was overbearing and overtly suspicious. Chandralekha and Sanjog are very interesting characters in their own right. The monk from the buddhist monastery tops the writer's creativity.
