Starcharter: Protostar is Evan Chaika's first entry into a series of fantasy novels following the journeys and tribulations of several influential characters in the fantasy universe known as Starscape. A collection of many plot lines, Starcharter follows eight individuals varying from a wayward king, to the prince of an underground kingdom, to a race of amphibian warmongers.

The Starscape is in turmoil as many of its worlds are rapidly becoming barren for reasons that are uncertain to its inhabitants. Deals are being struck, sides are being taken, and wars are being fought. Some of the characters you will meet are ready for the coming storm, others are trying to avoid it, and some may find themselves with a greater purpose...
