Total Productive Maintenance(TPM) ?It can be considered as the medical science of machines?. J. Venkatesh Today?s successful manufacturing organisations require a significant competitive advantage, hence the need to implement and develop a TPM program/strategy. This book demonstrates how a TPM strategy can be applied to achieve world-class performance. TPM advocates the improvement of production equipment effectiveness, quality and quantity of production.
