After Life

Meditative drama from acclaimed Japanese director Kore-eda Hirokazu. In a way-station between life and death newly deceased people are asked to reflect on their lives and select one memory that will then be recreated for them and become the sole memory of their life. A group of counsellors engage with the recently-deceased for a number of days to assist them when looking for that one significant moment that means the most to them.
