Natural Songbook

Giovanni Sollima's new album Natural Songbook is made of all new original compositions from Giovanni Sollima: the Natural Songbook suite, the N-Ice Cello Concerto and the astonishing Sonata 2050. Alongside his career as a solo cellist, Giovanni's creative curiosity led him to explore new frontiers in the field of composition, blending different genres as minimalism, rock, electronic and ethnic music from all over the Mediterranean area, with echoes of ancient and baroque music, all on the basis of a thorough classical training.
